Helping pets regain movement and comfort with expert orthopedic procedures. Our goal is to make surgery as simple and accessible as possible.
My dog Roxy had patella surgery and it was the best decision we made for her to have it. She had stopped moving a few months prior; it was obvious she was in pain. She is a small dog, so we were fortunate Dr. Ally and Dr Pilgeram took on her case. The surgery was a success and within a couple of days she was back up and moving, putting weight on her leg with ease. It has been two weeks, and you would have never have known she had surgery, she is doing great!
Dr. Katherine Alley provided professional and caring service for our pittie, Lou. We were pleased with the quick surgery appointment. The entire team made the recovery extremely easy to understand and follow. Our Lou is doing amazing! We recently went to Cape Lookout in OR and hiked a trail with ease. Lou was loving it! Thanks to the entire team again for giving us our Lou back.
My 7 year old lab Chief had a really bad limp. After trying rest and anti inflammatory meds to no avail, my normal vet referred me to Pet Orthopedics. They diagnosed and preformed surgery for a torn ACL and meniscus. The staff and Dr. were all kind and patient. Scheduling and follow up visits were a breeze. After 8 weeks Chief is no longer limping and raring to go on adventures. Can’t thank the staff at Pet Orthopedics enough!
This was the best experience I could have asked for in the situation. We were able to schedule our appointment within a week of diagnosis, this was amazing as most places were 5 weeks out plus.

Your regular veterinarian can evaluate your pet’s condition and determine if surgery is the best option.
Not necessarily! But generally, your primary vet confirms that surgery is needed prior to contacting us.
We perform surgeries at local veterinary clinics, eliminating the need for travel to specialty hospitals.
While it depends on the procedure, most pets recover in 4-8 weeks, with follow-up check-ins at 2, 5, and 8 weeks post-surgery.
